Get wisdom.
We ended with this scripture
1 Corinthians 3 : 18
Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this world, let him become a fool so that he may be wise.
人不可自欺。你们中间若有人在这世界自以为有智慧，倒不如变作愚拙，好成为有智慧的。
Paul was speaking to the Church.
If anyone among you seems wise in the ways of this world
What does he mean ?
We have grown up in a fallen world
Influenced by a fallen word
Educated by a fallen world
Influenced by the experiences of life from within our fallen culture
Influenced by people of authority, parents, teachers. Leaders, etc
Therefore we have inherited by default, the wisdom of this world.
We have put our trust in this wisdom
Built our hopes and lives on this wisdom
Built our homes on this wisdom.
Paul says
Let the person who has trusted in this worldly wisdom
Become a fool
So that he may be wise.
We live in a world where people are driven by this so called wisdom
Driven by passions, desires, and wants.
Pursuing unrealistic daydreams and so called visions
Buying stuff believing they will bring happiness
f I could only have mentality
Adrenalin junkies who never get enough
Holiday seeking never satisfied but always looking for the next destination
Having power, wanting more
The heroin addict looking for the next hit.
People running after the anointed preachers looking for the next anointing fix.
None of these things ever satisfy
Always looking for the next.
Prophet spoke into my life, give me a wakeup call.
His word to me : you are like a wild horse
Get a thought in your head, without thinking, go galloping after the thought without any consideration of the possible consequences.
God was going to put a bit in my mouth and bridle me to teach me to stop doing that.
This was so true of me.
I was driven to foolishly pursue many things.
I ask you tonight
What is driving you?
My prayer for you, that you feel the bit of Gods truth in your mouth and that you will submit to him pulling on the reigns.
Here is the wisdom test for us
Do you daily study scripture?
do you daily live scripture?
Does your thinking line up with scripture ?
Are you living wisely?
Are you counting your days? Making the most of every opportunity to live out your purpose?
Is each moment of your life precious? Is is tomorrow just another day.
Do you have expectation of greater things in your life?
Do you live with expectation of change.
If not Get wisdom. Get life

higher or lower, worldly or spiritual
Definition of wisdom
Wisdom is the practical application of knowledge
Simple definition
Putting what we know is true into practice.
Example
If you are hungry
Knowledge says- If you eat food you will no longer be hungry.
Applying knowledge
Wisdom
Eating the food.

Powerful quote we received this morning from brother Mark.
The willingness to obey attracts revelation because God is the ultimate steward, investing his treasures into fertile ground – the surrendered heart.
What is Revelation
Greek word Rhema
Living word
The Holy Spirit ignites truth in our hearts written word comes alive.
The living word is the treasures of heaven.

God desires to invest his treasures into our hearts
All the treasures of heaven available to you and I.
You want them?

Steps to take
1. Surrender
2. Surrender requires willingness
3. Willingness leads to obedience
4. Obedience attracts revelation
5. Revelation brings purpose and life

The living word doesn’t deposit wealth in our bank account
The living word deposits truth in our hearts
Truth put into practice
Wisdom
Gives us the ability to create wealth. According to his will.

Matthew 6:33
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.
你们要先求他的国和他的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。

Without revelation

Here is the way most of us interpret this scripture
Become a Christian so that I can go to heaven.

Continue to be driven by earthly wisdom
Decide what I want to be
Set my goals for life
Study hard, work hard
Start my career
Start my business
Start my ministry

Ask God to bless my plans

When we have Revelation of this scripture
Seek first the Kingdom everything changes

Seeking the Kingdom means
Becoming a Christian
Living a Kingdom life on earth
We don’t have to go to heaven to experience heaven
When we understand this correctly
Kingdom living means Heaven comes to us

God deposits, invests the riches the treasures of heaven in those who understand this.
Those that have this revelation
live out kingdom life right here on earth.

Surrender can be scary I know
If I surrender to him,
It might mean he will send me to go and clean toilets in some mud hut in a near deserted village in Africa.

Willingness, surrender, and obedience, are our response to love received

Isaiah 55:8-9
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts
耶和华说：我的意念非同你们的意念；我的道路非同你们的道路。 天怎样高过地，照样，我的道路高过你们的道路；我的意念高过你们的意念。

God is not a bully who that tries to force us to do it his way

Living Kingdom life means
Living out his plans for my life
Knowing that his plans for me, are as high as the heavens are above the earth.
Catch this revelation
God’s plans for your life are so much higher than any earthly plan you could ever imagine or design for yourself.
No matter how perfect and amazing it all seems.
Example
You are born into a Royal family
You live a life where nothing is off limits.
Whatever your heart desires you get.
The very best of everything
The greatest riches imaginable
Going to the most beautiful places on earth,
Standing on the highest mountains looking down on the most beautiful white beaches imaginable, with bluest of seas, and
As magnificent as all this beauty is,
Its still just Earthly beauty.

We are Citizens of a royal kingdom

The beauty which we experience when living out his purposes are as High as the heaven beauty is above the earthly beauty.

Nothing on all the earth can compare with this heavenly beauty.

Finding purpose empowers us to live
Ephesians 2:10
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.
我们原是他的工作，在基督耶稣里造成的，为要叫我们行善，就是神所预备叫我们行的。

Living out our purpose means discovering how God designed us and using it for his glory and not ours.

So many ask this question
What is my purpose
Question
Did anyone teach you how to walk?
Something in you stirred you to get on your feet and start moving.
You didn’t need to go to “learn how to walk classes”, you did it automatically.
The longer you practiced the better you got.

What are you good at?
What can you do naturally.

Something amazing happens when I am doing what comes naturally
I Desire to become better at what I am doing.
Applying this principle in Daily life
Kingdom life is living out my purpose in this world in such a way that the world I live in is transformed by it.
Be a kingdom teacher, lawyer, engineer, doctor, nurse, farmer, designer speaker, business person
Invest time and energy into developing these God given abilities
Allow Christ to minister through your life

Living out his purpose empowers us to be successful.

Willingly surrendering to his will, obediently following his word
Living out the way he designed me
And as a result reap the rewards.
